• From Employers and RTOs
• Through Platform usage

• Provide and operate the Platform

• Track apprenticeship progress
• Improve platform functionality

We may disclose information to:

• Employers and authorised Users
• RTOs
• Service providers (hosting, analytics)

We do not sell personal information.

We take reasonable steps to:

6. Minors

Where Users are under 18:

• Data is collected with Employer involvement
• Parent/Guardian access is optional and consent-based
